CAN BIKE for Kids
Teaches essential bicycle handling and traffic skills for young cyclists. Topics include: helmet fittings, bicycle maintenance, handling, signaling, gears, breaking, avoiding road hazards and more. Participants must know how to ride. Maximum 6 registrations. Minimum age 9. Maximum age 13. Fee: $79.00

CAN BIKE for Teens
Enhance your cycling skills through this course that is especially designed for teenagers with experience riding. Topics include: maintenance, handling, hazard avoidance, emergency manoeuvres and learn to ride more safely in low traffic areas. Maximum 6 registrations. Minimum age 14. Maximum age 17. Fee: $82.50

Commuter Traffic Skills
Improve your confidence and ability to ride safely in traffic. Learn traffic theory and assertive cycling techniques. You must have basic experience cycling in low traffic areas. Maximum 6 registrations. Minimum age 18 and up. Fee: $76.50

Cycling Freedom for Women
This course, for women and taught by women, covers riding skills, bike maintenance, equipment, health and fitness. Specific topics such as night security and riding with children are also explored. Maximum 6 registrations. Minimum age 14 and up. Fee: $76.50

Cycling Skills for Seniors
This course teaches the traffic skills curriculum with specifics for the older rider. This two session course includes bicycle and helmet fitting, handling skills, route planning and pathway safety. Maximum 6 registrations. Ages 55 and up. Fee: $72.25

CAN-BIKE 1
Designed for both beginner and occasional cyclists, the course teaches the skills to ride confidently and safely in low traffic areas. Content includes bike care, minor repairs, riding techniques, detecting and avoiding hazards and emergency manoeuvres. Maximum 6 registrations. Ages 15 and up. Fee: $83.75

CAN-BIKE 2
This advanced course in assertive cycling is for commuters and recreational cyclists who already ride in traffic. The course covers riding skills, cycling proficiency, bicycle maintenance, health and fitness, equipment and bicycle consumerism. This course is the prerequisite for instructor training. Maximum 6 registrations. Ages 15 and up. Fee: $130.00
